- The College will post The Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Identify the procurement panel members and faculty representatives
Early Spring 2009
- Engage in the procurement process
- Identify interested Beta Test participants
Mid-Spring 2009
- Purchase new LMS
Late Spring, Summer 2009
- Identify, train and convert courses for the Beta Test Group
Fall 2009
- Implement new LMS for Beta Test Group’s courses
- Begin new LMS training and course conversion for interested faculty
- WebCT 4.1 update support ends (October, 2009) technical support continues until 2010
Spring/Summer 2010
- New LMS and WebCT will run in tandem
- New LMS available for use by trained faculty
- Continue LMS training and course conversion for all faculty
Fall 2010
- New LMS and WebCT will run in tandem
- Continue LMS training and course conversion for all faculty
- WebCT technical support ends (December, 2010)
- New LMS and WebCT will run in tandem
Spring 2011
- Beginning January 2011 only the new LMS will be supported by the College
