All faculty can now have their Spring 2011 courses activated within OAKS. This will allow you to get a head start on developing your spring courses.

To request your courses log into my Charleston ( and click on the Faculty tab.
The form is located in the center column all the way at the bottom of the window.
Don’t forget you can request multiple CRNs on one form by listing them separated by commas.

Please allow 48 hours for your courses to show up in OAKS.  Once they are available you should see them listed in your instructor tab inside OAKS!  You can then begin creating your spring courses.  It’s important to remember that your students will not be able to see your courses until the start of the semester.
